Installing JivoChat on Shopify

To install the JivoChat code on your Shopify site, follow the steps below:

Go to your Shopify dashboard -> In the "Sales Channels" section, click on "Themes" -> Then, click on the three dots next to the "Customize" button -> Finally, click on "Edit code".

Select the "theme.liquid" option.

Click on the HTML code and press "ctrl+f" -> Enter and click on "Previous".

Copy your installation script from your JivoChat account by going to "Settings" -> "Channels" -> "Channel settings" -> "Installation" -> "Copy to clipboard".

Paste the installation script before the closing tag -> Then, click on "Save".
